Being perseverant is difficult, i know, but make an effort, things later can give you great results.
Don't give up on you. Everybody does but don't do you.
Work hard, winners had alway6s made big efforts, mistakes, too, everybody makes mistakes.

This was just a little motivation for yourself. Think about it.

Never back down on the things you want think in your goals and go for them if you fall down get up intil you have those two feet on the ground and then you start walking but never give up on what you want!!

Why does Social Intelligence Helps You?

• Do you care? Are you motivated? – To connect with others, it is important to have a vested interest in doing so.
• Get some feedback – Use an anonymous rating system (i.e. anonymous survey) to garner feedback from employees.
• Look at the profile you’ve developed – Review the results of the anonymous feedback.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses – Using your profile, determine what others believe your strengths and weaknesses are. It is extremely difficult for a person to accurately establish these on their own.
